Typically, manufacturers produce scrap levels in excess of 40%; the traditional response is "take it to landfill" or "incinerate it". This represents a huge waste of one of the world's natural resources and given that carbon fibre does not decompose naturally, it poses an environmental nightmare. In a commercial world that is becoming increasingly aware of the need to reduce, re-cycle and re-use its materials; Recycled Carbon Fibre Ltd provides a means for safe disposal of composite waste.

Our commercial operation is currently able to process over 2,000 tonnes of scrap waste material each year. We will accept your scrap whether in cured or uncured form, free of charge. You merely have to deliver your scrap waste material to our site in the West Midlands, UK. We will be pleased to advise you on the preferred form in which to deliver the material and we will provide you with a certificate confirming that you have disposed of your scrap waste for the purpose of recycling.

We respect the confidential nature of our clients’ business and we strictly control access to the site and material handling. We take great care in ensuring that composite components are fully destroyed by our process, making the reconstruction or understanding of manufacturing techniques impossible. We do not disclose the source of our material when selling our recycled product.
